Flesh Is For Zombies

Flesh is for Zombies

Isn't it a little scary that nearly everywhere you look, people are chowing down on body parts? Yeah, those legs, breasts, and thighs ... they were once someone's. Sadly, we all have flesh-eating friends and family, so it's time to warn them that flesh is for zombies!

Post a warning on your Facebook wall to get the word out. Here are a few examples:

Make sure that you post the link to the "Flesh Is for Zombies" website.

Send a screenshot of your Facebook page (with the warning on it!) to StreetTeam@peta2.com for 2,500 points.

Tell PetSmart: Cruelty Isn't a 'Happy Experience'

Tell PetSmart: Cruelty Isn't a 'Happy Experience'
This is inhumanly cruel. What did these animals do to you? Nothing. Exactly. Why do you hurt them? Because they're defenseless? Because you can? These kind of people make me sick. I fear all your humanity has bled from you.

McCruelty i'm hatin' it

But you can!

Chickens killed for McDonald's are cruelly slaughtered—often having their legs and wings broken, having their throats cut while they're still conscious, and being scalded to death. I'm not down with that—and you can earn points by showing everyone that you're not down with that kind of cruelty either.

Here are five things that you can do right now to help chickens abused for McDonald's:

Once you complete all five missions, e-mail a screen shot or photo of each mission to StreetTeam@peta2.com to get 2,150 points!

Thanks for speaking up for chickens!

Sincerely,

The Mortal Instruments: City Of Fallen Angels

I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was like so freakin' awesome! Every single part of it! Even the bad ones! They just made the plot more exciting! Yesterday (this morning around twelve am actually) I finished the book. I had got it yesterdy(hadn't had enough money and this kind lady bought it for me, she wouldn't accept my money, saying she remembered all the times she had gone to the bookstore and didn't have enough, hating having to leave it) in the afternoon. And when I finished it, towards the end with Jace I was panicking, and when it finally got to the last words my chest ached and my throat clogged. It was so awesome the whole book! I hope Clare hurries to finish!

The Chronicles of Narnai: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

I give it four stars.
I loved it, almost every single bit. I've followed the movies for quite some time now, and at first (during the first) Susan was my favorite character, Lucy was second, Peter third, and Edmund fourth. Later (around the middle of the first) it was Susan and Lucy. Then in the second and now, it's Lucy. I'm sad Lucy didn't see herself clearly, but that's not the part I didn't love. No, it was towards the end where Aslan said Lucy and Edmund would never return, but hustace might. I was really put off. How dare he! Hustace could never love Narnia as much as they do! And they had such lovely adventures in Narnia! And what about caspian! Edmund is a king of Narnia! Not caspian! Edmund overrules him! But other than that I loved it. I also loved how hustace learned and loved what wonderful people his cousins are, and how he and all Narnians would miss them till the end of time.

What YOU Eat Can Help Starving People

R.jpgDid you know that it takes 16 pounds of grain to produce just one edible pound of animal flesh?

While we're feeding the majority of our grain crops, along with our soy and corn crops, to animals on factory farmsmillions of people around the world are starving to death. Seems wrong, doesn't it?

R.jpg

Being vegan doesn't only save animals. With the amount of food and water that is wasted on animal agriculture while people starve to death or struggle to find clean water, it makes sense to stop eating animals—even the United Nations thinks so.

It's a fact: If we stopped eating animals, we could easily feed everyone on the planet with healthy and affordable vegan foods.

By going vegan, you're making a difference for human and nonhuman animals. Pledge to try veganism today and spread the word!
